JobDiva, provider of the ultimate front-to-back-office solution for staffing organizations, followed up last year’s successful launch of “JobDiva Mobile” with the highly anticipated 2014 debut of “JobDiva MyTime.” A ground-breaking Time Sheet Mobile Application, JobDiva MyTime is designed to promote use of JobDiva to users and prospects alike, by serving the increasingly mobile needs of the Candidates our recruiters serve.

Objective #1: Increase Client Satisfaction (and Renewals) Among Recruiters Who Use JobDiva: JobDiva’s outreach campaign promoted “JobDiva MyTime,” available at no additional cost, as a way for our client’s recruiters to better serve their Candidates.

Traditionally, contract workers placed by a staffing agency submit hours-worked manually, through email or via an online portal.

Now with JobDiva MyTime® those same workers can also conveniently enter their hours-worked right from their Apple® mobile devices. Automated push notifications alert the workers of approvals or indicate actions required to reverse rejections. By streamlining time and expense reporting, JobDiva MyTime® reduces delays, errors and administrative costs associated with managing placed workers, enabling faster and more accurate reporting and billing to end-clients.

Current JobDiva users with iPhone® and iPad® devices download the free app by searching for “JobDiva” in the Apple® app stores. JobDiva provides free unlimited training.

Objective #2: Target Prospects. Where “JobDiva Mobile” provided mobile capabilities appealing to recruiters interested in using JobDiva as their recruitment platform, JobDiva MyTime is promoted as a way for them to better serve their Candidates. JobDiva’s integrated marketing campaign featured advertising, direct marketing, press releases, free demonstrations, and more. JobDiva also demoed the new mobile app at several major staffing industry events (Staffing World 2014, TechServe Alliance 2014, etc.).
