About the Entry

KSB is one of the leading pump and valve manufacturers worldwide with over 140 years of ex-perience and excellent service.
The KSB centrifugal pump lexicon is a continually evolving manual that the pumping equipment and related fields illuminated in understandable form. About 50 KSB employees and external consultants have been involved in the creation of the lexicon.
For more than half a century, it has been the standard reference work in pump technology. Generations of students, teachers, technicians and engineers have been accompanied during their training and in their whole career with this product.
The KSB centrifugal pump lexicon has been adapted for mobile devices (Mobile Website for Smartphones and Tablets) and gives the user the opportunity to search for specific key words, articles and documents in the field of pumping equipment and other related fields. Users can either use search to enter specific keywords or use an A-Z index for finding relevant infor-mation.
Slideshows and teaser elements are used to highlight articles and “charts of the week”. The Mobile KSB centrifugal pump lexicon is being implemented seamlessly within the currently re-launched KSB.com Mobile Website and thus links and directs to further KSB-relevant topics that are optimized for Mobile. The Mobile KSB centrifugal pump lexicon does not only supply textual content but also a great variety of technical drawings and the visualization of calculation formulas. Cross references to different key words within the content pages make this compen-dium a great mobile compendium for finding information quickly and easily.
