As the Lucky Mobile brand in Canada continued to grow its service, there was a growing need to empower clients to manage their prepaid service on the go. As a result, the Lucky mobile team launched the My Account app with a full suite of self-serve functions empowering Lucky mobile customers to easily manage their services. In the Lucky My Account App, you can:
- Register for Automatic Top-Up
- Top-up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card or Top-Up Card
- Monitor your usage
- Manage your add-ons
- Check your balance
- Reset your voicemail password
- Chat with service representatives
- And much more!
We are Canada’s newest prepaid mobile service provider. At Lucky Mobile, we are committed to providing cheap phone plans to Canadians. We don’t believe in surprise charges, so there’s no guesswork for customers to manage their spending. With no credit check and no contract to sign, everyone can get a Lucky Mobile plan. The Lucky Mobile My Account App is available to Lucky Mobile customers. This app lets users manage their Lucky Mobile services right from their phone. It works on the Lucky Mobile network and on any Wi-Fi network. Exciting app features include: easy access to services (no username or password required if you are on the Lucky Mobile network), register for Automatic Top-Up, top-up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card or Top-Up Card, monitor usage, manage your add-ons, check balance, see your payment history, reset voicemail password, and much more!"
An exciting new feature of the Lucky Mobile app is it now offers a fully native eSIM Mobility activation experience! All eSIM-capable devices can now be activated via eSIM immediately as part of the ordering process, eliminating the need for a SIM card to be shipped, and removing the lengthy customer entry of 32-digit EID and 15-digit IMEI values previously required to activate on eSIM.
Additionally, in partnership with Google, Lucky Mobile Virtual Assistant launched, with the new Gen AI powered Chat Virtual Assistant. This marks a significant first step in our journey to deliver the Next Gen AI Customer Experience. Leveraging the latest LLM models, the Virtual Assistant recognizes the customer’s intent for each interaction and either completes the request for the customer and offers a link to seamlessly complete in self-serve, or routes them to the appropriate agents.
This feature improves intent recognition trained on Lucky Mobile transcripts allowing the Virtual Assistant to quickly understand customer intent. It targets matching of the intent to relevant smart deep links within Lucky Mobile to better direct customers to self-serve. Finally, Lucky Mobile Infobot leverages advanced LLM models to generate real-time, dynamic responses for informational inquiries based on Lucky Mobile support pages.
