Through constant innovation of designs and capabilities based on user-testing and customer feedback, our app provides solutions our customers need most. The app provides access to tools, guidance and support - delivering self-service options, intuitive services and shopping experiences that continue to demonstrate our commitment to the customer.
Developed to ensure both iOS and Android best practices were incorporated, our app performs seamlessly, enabling customers to make choices based on their individual needs.
Just a few of the options provided:
· Convenient and secure access - offering facial recognition and touch-ID login options
·One-step, self-service options that don’t require a login (one time pay, ID cards, preference updates)
· Mobile Bill Pay using Apple and Google Pay
· Secure self-service access to accounts and policies
· Personalized communication options (chat, text, email, call, Apple Business Messaging)
· Comprehensive Claims experience
· Google Maps Technology (accident location, roadside assistance, repair shop location)
· Access to helpful knowledge articles, tips, tools and FAQ’s

· Served more than 15.3 million customers
· Enabled customers to pay 27 million bills from the mobile app
· Enabled customers to submit 996K claims from the mobile app
· Initiated Roadside Assistance for 859k customers
