About the Entry

The Triaj app will revolutionize the diagnosis, treatment, and care of pediatric patients through an advanced clinical decision support system for healthcare professionals, that provides best practice, patient treatment which is available anywhere, anytime as a cloud-based, communications network solution. The first product of Triaj Inc is Triaj which focuses upon pediatric trauma care and which provides a best practice guideline across the continuum of care.

Medical Errors are the #3 cause of death in the United States. Significant disparity exists in the quality of care provided by healthcare professionals, due to lack of access to “just-in-time,” evidence-based protocols, to a knowledge gap of current practice and to the rapid change in new methods of care. Lack of effective, best-practice protocols throughout the patient care process engenders low quality care outcomes, escalates the cost of treatment and fragments the health care system which must absorb new technology, medications and techniques.

The objective of the Triaj Network is to close the pediatric knowledge gap for healthcare providers and to create results such as:
