And like any good coach, we show you how. First, powerful statistics and relatable market challenges illustrate the issue across all organizations, regardless of size, industry or geography – a reminder to companies that they’re not alone. Then, we lay out the groundwork for Digital Workforce Transformation, a four-step methodology to building a culture that embraces change and drives true innovation. It’s rooted in academic research, but translated into conversational language, snackable pieces, and of course – a killer app. The Digital Fitness Assessment is a first-of-its-kind app that enables companies to assess their workforce and thereby improve their digital prowess, creating confident, credible employees with the curiosity needed to excel in the marketplace.

It’s a web experience unlike anything else in consulting. Since launching in February 2018, it’s driven brand awareness and tangible sales leads. We’ve had 324K page visits including 190K unique visitors, garnering over 800 form submissions, reaching 150+ new accounts and ultimately doubling our pipeline.
