The best way to search for a home in Colorado and Northern California is now on a phone or tablet with the 8z Real Estate HomeSpotter app. 8z HomeSpotter is more accurate than the apps created by national real estate websites. Our database of properties is updated daily, directly from the MLS. Other apps like Zillow and Realtor.com may not have the newest listings, and up-to-date property information, as they aggregate listing data from secondary sources.

Home buyers using 8z HomeSpotter can set their search criteria, and browse homes, complete with large, color photo galleries and expanded listing details at their fingertips. The signature feature, HomeSpotter, locates homes within the user’s proximity using their phone’s GPS, helping home buyers find the perfect home a few streets over.

The latest iOS release, version 2.0, in June 2014, brought major performance enhancements, an upgraded interface, and the ability for users to draw the perimeter of their property search area to further focus in their real estate search.
