The Beirut Terraces iPad application’s layouts and navigation reproduces the structure of the building, in which every perforation is animated in a way to provide a more realistic vision of the project to the users. The application’s design reflects the unique concept of the project since it allows the user to explore what they can find on site. Beirut Terraces iPad application transports the users from the virtual world to the real by giving them the ability to explore the 130 residences and their prices in order to apply for the apartments of their choice.
The main target audience for this application is the potential buyers which represent a niche of iPad users who are over 30 years old, career achievers, financially well-established, and have an advanced professional background such as: Businessmen, CEOs or Executives.
The application has made it easier for potential buyers, the main target audience of this application, to view the project, learn more about it, and live the experience as if they were there in person.
