My Home is a personalized, easy to use, secure, and accessible mobile app that helps you find a doctor whose philosophy, specialty and location are a match specifically for you. Build your personal health team by saving the doctors you care about most for quick access to their locations. Need an appointment? My Home gives you the ability to view available times for your provider of choice and book an appointment right from the app. As you complete your personal profile information, your appointment scheduling forms are automatically populated for you to streamline your scheduling experience. If you are a patient, gain access to your medical records and securely message with your provider by leveraging My Home as a springboard into our sister solution - My Care (Patient Portal). Find tips and tricks for preventative care through articles on your home page. You can even pay your bills right here in My Home.
