This site is designed to reduce infant mortality by getting young males (18 to 27) to start thinking the responsibilities of parenthood, or deciding to take precautions to prevent unplanned pregnancies. One of the drivers to get traffic to the site is free condoms being distributed by the Delaware Division of Public Health.
