The Hilton HHonors iOS app is the official loyalty program app for our world-class brands, and is the highest-rated travel app of 2016. It’s fast, attractive and technically ground-breaking, with innovative features including Hilton’s renowned Digital Key, which lets guests use their smartphone as a hotel door key. The app design is simple, intuitive and engaging, presenting a wealth of neat features via a fun, attractive interface. A silver and gold brand palette complements rich contextual imagery. Copy is succinct and informative, with a fun, casual tone that fits with the clever, intuitive user interface. Despite the wide array of features and functionality, the app is quick to load and respond, with smooth transitions and satisfying feedback. Users can join Hilton HHonors, book rooms, manage account information, check loyalty program tier status, or check in and choose a room from an interactive map. They can also use the Hilton HHonors app to order amenities, refreshments and food pre-arrival, or even request an Uber ride and get recommendations about trending local hotspots. A pilot “Fun Finder”* feature offers on-property navigation and personalized notifications like Happy Hour invitations and Spa special offers. Digital Key is arguably the standout feature in terms of innovation, technology and interactivity. When a guest is within range of an equipped lock (a hotel room, elevator, side door, fitness center or parking garage), a super-secure Bluetooth signal is sent between it and the iPhone, allowing the door to be unlocked with the tap of a button. *Selected resorts
