About the Entry

Our goal is to create a simple, intuitive application that personalizes the user experience. Overstock’s app has convenient personalized push notifications that alert users to upcoming sales and flash deals keeping the user aware of future sales and discounts on stock and personal interest items. Users will never feel spammed as they take part of their personalized sale opportunities. The app also blends in fun with the functional in the form of the “Lotto” feature which is an iOS specific addition to the app. Users are able to access an in-app scratch card that when uncovered awards the user with a unique coupon discount. This 4 1/2 star-rated app is simple to use for anyone who owns a smart phone and likes to shop online, but it’s more than that. ARC from Applause named Overstock’s app as one of the best-rated retail mobile apps available on the market today in a survey based on customer feedback because users can trust our best price promise and know that we are saving them money while giving them the best customer support experience. With these qualities it’s easy to see why this is such a great app.
