About the Entry

The goal of this product was to enhance and expedite the creation of FD accounts with Ujjivan Bank. This was achieved by creating a fairly minimalist digital-centric process which completely cut out any in person or telephonic interaction, while ensuring the few steps that were involved are highly optimized for both ease of use and speed. What was initially a longer, tedious process was now something the customers can get done within 5 minutes for existing customers. In addition, the simplification of the process resulted in a much higher interest from customers that are new to the bank, who only have to spend 10 minutes to go from opening the page to completing KYC to making the payment and having an FD account with the bank.
