The State Farm Mobile app provides a personalized experience tailored to the needs of customers and reaching them where they are. Customers can initiate access from the app and make choices based on their individual needs.
We’ve developed the app to ensure both iOS and Android best practices were incorporated so the app performs seamlessly. Designs are based on consumer testing, user feedback, and a consistent user focus throughout. Integration with the Apple watch and mobile bill pay, using Apple and Google Pay, offer up-to-date solutions for today’s tech savvy customers. The app provides convenient access to policies, making payments, submitting claims and more… providing self-service options, intuitive services and shopping experiences that demonstrate our commitment to the customer.
Product features offering customer convenience include:
• Convenient and secure access - offering facial recognition and touch-ID login options
• One-step, self-service options that don’t require a login (one time pay, ID cards, preference updates)
• Integration with the latest technology for on-the-go convenience (Apple watch)
