Jackson Energy Authority (JEA) provides electric, gas, propane, water, wastewater, and broadband services – more services than
the typical utility company – and needed a modern, streamlined, digital solution to common customer self-service needs such
as checking a balance, paying a bill, reporting or viewing a power outage, or finding a service location. By offering customers an online solution to accomplish tasks that were previously only available in person, by phone, or by mail, JEA is now able to meet the demands of the modern consumer.
